The Cooking Party tm will feature exotic North African food with opportunities to taste and learn how to make them all . Each demonstration will be followed by wine pairing and tasting.
Chef Stephanie Rose studied with leading American and French chefs, including the late Jean Louis Palladin at Washington's Watergate Hotel, Lespinasse, and Anne Willan at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Burgundy, France. Chef Rose is also a food stylist, with her creations appearing in the Washington Post Food Section and on film and television for the former White House Chef Walter Scheib, Restaurateur B. Smith and T.V. bar-b-que personality Steven Raichlen. Currently, she food styled for the new coffee table cookbook by The Junior League of Annapolis due out in September 2007. In New York City Chef Rose worked for The Television Food Network and was the special events director for the historic landmark Puck Building.
